Refunds & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging.

Removing or tampering with any part of the original seal of the product will deem the product as used. IN ALL CASES WHERE THE PRODUCT IS DEEMED USED NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

To start a return, you can contact us at service@perfumesdubai.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Blind Buying Perfumes 

At no time do we encourage clients to buy perfumes they do no know and/or have not previously used. Blind buying comes with the risk of the perfume not being suitable for you personally or for your skin type. Not liking a perfume scent after making a blind purchase is NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REASON FOR REQUESTING A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Cancelling An Order 

You may request to cancel an order at anytime prior to the dispatch of your parcel. You cannot request for an order to be cancelled once the parcel has been dispatched. It may take upto 5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account. This depends on the bank or financial institution you have your account with. WE DO NOT IN ANY WAY CONTROL THE REFUND PROCESS OR THE TIME IT TAKES FOR THE FUNDS TO BE RETURNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.   

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include samplers and any products that do not have an outer plastic seal. These include but limited to 6ml and 10ml Roll On Perfumes. Please enquire about return conditions of a particular product prior to making a purchase. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods such as soaps and hygiene products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
