Perfumes Dubai delivers in both Australia & World wide.
For Australian deliveries we use a range of delivery service providers and Australia Post. Items can be delivered to a physical address or to PO Box addresses.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. Standard delivery is between Monday and Friday.
DELIVERY STATUS CONFIRMATION
We rely on Australia post to provide the final status of all parcels.
Delivered: Once the Auspost delivers your package and gives proof of delivery, the tracking status changes to “Delivered” to indicate that the package delivery process is complete This ends our responsibility for the parcel. Any events to the parcel, post delivery status, i,e parcels missing/stolen from the residence becomes a matter for law enforcement.
All orders come with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted.
Standard delivery orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. We endeavor to dispatch express delivery purchases on the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.
Please ensure you provide a complete and correct address with your order. We take no responsibility for parcels lost due to errors in the address provided. If the parcel is returned back to us by any courier service provider due to an incorrect address, a minimum $19.95 handling fee will be charged to reprocess the parcel for shipment. A minimum $19.95 handling fee will also be charged cancelling of the order. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection from Australia Post outlets (futile delivery) will also incur a minimum $19.95 reprocessing fee. In addition, we reserve the right to recover all costs associated with a parcel above the minimum $19.95 fee.
Clients returning parcels must ensure adequate insurance coverage for the items. We will not accept parcels returns which have been damaged or lost in transit.
All parcels being returned back to us by Australia Post due to incorrect address or futile delivery (RTS) will not be covered by us for loss and or damage. In case of damage or loss, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for RTS parcels .
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item)
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS
- Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $70
- Orders under $70 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
- Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Perfumes Dubai uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.
- Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Olive & Ash is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel
Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some catalog promotions. Please ensure you allow for additional time during peak times for your purchase to arrive in time for your requirements. We highly recommend choosing express postage option during peak seasons.
