For  deliveries we use a range of delivery service providers and Australia Post. Items can be delivered to a physical address or to PO Box addresses.

AUSTRALIA POST SAFE DROP DELIVERY

We and Australia Post assume that the address you provide for delivery is a secure location for Australia Post "Safe Drop" delivery method. This means Australia post will find a safe place (out of public vision) at your delivery address to leave the parcel, if no one is at the address to accept the delivery.

If you are not sure about the security of your delivery address or have parcel theft in your area, then we advise to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel in person. Alternatively we also recommend using Parcel Lockers or P.O Box addresses in such cases.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY PARCEL WHICH GOES MISSING AFTER THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS A SAFE DROP.
