If you are not sure about the security of your delivery address or have parcel theft in your area, then we advise to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel in person. Alternatively we also recommend using Parcel Lockers or P.O Box addresses in such cases.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY PARCEL WHICH GOES MISSING AFTER THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN COMPLETED AS A SAFE DROP.

A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provide with the order. All process confirmations we send via email are automated. Please ensure you check the correct email address including your spam and marketing folders for our emails.  Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. Standard delivery is carried out on business days only. No deliveries are undertaken on weekends or public holidays. 

DELIVERY STATUS CONFIRMATION

We rely on Australia post to provide the final status of all parcels. 

Delivered: Once Auspost delivers your package and gives proof of delivery, the tracking status changes to “Delivered” to indicate that the package delivery process is complete This ends our responsibility for the parcel. Any events to the parcel, after the delivery status, i,e parcels missing/stolen from the residence becomes a matter for law enforcement.   

TRACKING ORDERS

We provide tracking numbers for all parcels via email updates. Use this tracking number to check on the status of your parcel with Auspost. 

DELIVERY TIMES 

Standard delivery orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. We endeavor to dispatch express delivery purchases on the same day. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service you have selected. 

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please ensure you provide a complete and correct address with your order. We take no responsibility for parcels lost due to errors in the address provided. If the parcel is returned back to us by any courier service provider due to an incorrect address, a minimum $19.95 handling fee will be charged to reprocess the parcel for shipment. A minimum $19.95 handling fee will also be charged cancelling of the order. Parcels returned to us due to non-collection from Australia Post outlets (futile delivery) will also incur a minimum $19.95 reprocessing fee. In addition, we reserve the right to recover all costs associated with a parcel above the minimum $19.95 fee.   

PARCEL RETURN

Clients returning parcels must ensure adequate insurance coverage for the items. We will not accept parcels returns which have been damaged or lost in transit.

All parcels being returned back to us by Australia Post due to incorrect address or futile delivery (RTS) will not be covered by us for loss and or damage. In case of damage or loss, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for RTS parcels . 

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item)
